Saylor House, Kiwanis Park, Hagerstown, Maryland. The WCHT is leading the charge to save this important circa 1800 stone house. Our long-term goal is a “hands-on” educational facility teaching the arts useful in historic preservation, such as correct mortars and pointing, window restoration, adaptive reuses, and many more.
